Our Bunkers
Engineered for the Long Term
Three build types. Unlimited customization. Every structure is designed from the ground up for your land, your family, and your requirements.
01 — Build Types
We do not offer catalog products. Every bunker we build is a custom engineering project, scoped to your site, your geology, and your objectives. The three build types below represent the most common project shapes — they are starting points for a conversation, not fixed configurations.
01 — Single-Family Bunker
Single-Family Bunker
Private. Self-contained. Built for one household.
Size
800 – 8,000 sq ft
Depth
4 – 20 ft below grade
Occupancy
3 – 6 persons
The most common build type. A fully self-contained underground residence designed for a single household, with all life-support, power, water, and security systems integrated into the structure. Finished to the same standard as a high-end above-ground home.
- Reinforced concrete shell with blast-rated entry
- Redundant HVAC and NBC air filtration
- Independent power — solar, generator, or both
- Water storage and filtration systems
- Full interior fit-out to client specification
02 — Multi-Family Compound
Multi-Family Compound
Extended family or trusted group. Shared infrastructure, private quarters.
Size
5,000 – 20,000 sq ft
Depth
8 – 60 ft below grade
Occupancy
12 – 50 persons
Designed for extended families, business partners, or trusted groups who want shared infrastructure with private living quarters. Larger mechanical systems, expanded storage capacity, and dedicated common areas — all within a single engineered structure.
- Private suite clusters with shared common areas
- Scaled life-support for extended occupancy
- Dedicated medical and communications rooms
- Multi-zone security and access control
- Expanded food and supply storage capacity
03 — Community Shelter
Community Shelter
Institutional scale. Engineered for extended autonomous operation.
Size
20,000 – 100,000+ sq ft
Depth
30 – 80 ft below grade
Occupancy
50 – 150+ persons
Our largest build category — designed for communities, organizations, or high-net-worth groups requiring institutional-scale shelter infrastructure. These projects involve full engineering teams, multi-year construction timelines, and bespoke systems design at every level.
- Full community infrastructure — residential, medical, operational
- Industrial-scale power and water systems
- Hardened communications and command facilities
- Agricultural and long-term food production capability
- Multi-year autonomous operation design life
02 — Interior Standards
No Compromise Below Grade
The interior of a Custom Luxury Bunkers build is finished to the same standard as a high-end above-ground residence. Materials, lighting, climate control, and spatial planning are all specified with long-term habitation in mind — not emergency shelter.
Living Quarters
Private bedrooms, living areas, and dining spaces finished with premium materials. Natural light simulation, acoustic treatment, and climate zoning throughout.
Life-Support Systems
Redundant HVAC, NBC filtration, water treatment, and power systems housed in dedicated mechanical rooms. All systems are independently operable and field-serviceable.
Security & Access
Blast-rated entry systems, multi-factor access control, perimeter surveillance, and hardened communications — integrated at the structural level.
03 — Customization
Every Detail Is a Decision
There is no standard configuration. Every aspect of a Custom Luxury Bunkers build — from structural depth and footprint to finish materials and systems redundancy — is specified to your requirements. The list below represents the most common customization categories.
Structural Configuration
Depth, footprint, entry points, blast rating, and emergency egress routes.
Power Systems
Solar array sizing, generator capacity, battery storage, and grid-tie options where applicable.
Water & Air
Storage capacity, filtration specification, NBC rating, and redundancy level.
Interior Finishes
Flooring, wall treatments, cabinetry, lighting, and furniture — all specified to client preference.
Communications
Satellite uplink, hardened radio, internal intercom, and external antenna systems.
Security Systems
Access control, surveillance, intrusion detection, and perimeter monitoring.
